Chapter: 1271
"Sir, would you like to buy some flowers? They're perfect for your girlfriend!"

The child, about five or six years old, was dressed in a white frock, her hair neatly tied in a bun. Her voice was so endearing that it was hard to resist her charm.

Claudia peered into the basket and noticed it brimmed with over 20 roses.

"Claudia, would you like one, or shall we take them all?"

A bit shy, Claudia responded, "Just one will do."

As she spoke, the girl swiftly picked a rose from her basket and offered it to Claudia.

"For you, beautiful lady!"

Charmed by the girl's gesture, Claudia gently touched her hair bun and asked, “How much for one rose?"

"Five dollars."

The price was cheap.

But then a concern arose.

"We don't have any cash on us. What do we do?"

The girl calmly presented a plate hanging around her neck with a QR code.

"Sir, you can scan this."

Bennett took out his phone and transferred five dollars to her account.

“ALL done."

"Thank you, Sir!"

The little girl beamed, holding her basket and skipping away cheerfully.

Claudia gazed at the rose in her hand, then back towards the direction the girl had gone.

She noticed the girl's parents trailing behind her, hand in hand.

Such a delightful girl!

"She's adorable," Claudia remarked.

Smiling at her, Bennett said, "You're quite adorable yourself."

Feeling a bit flustered, Claudia asked, “Bennett, would you prefer a son or a daughter?"
