Chapter: 582
Without hesitation, Bennett answered, "Who else could I have possibly come back for? Is there a second Mrs. Dreskin?"
After that, the scene in her dream suddenly changed. Bennett was pressing her against the door now and kissing her.
Then, the scene changed again. Bennett was no longer just kissing her. He was also undressing her now.
After that, Claudia was jolted awake. In panic, she checked if her pajamas were still on.
Realizing that she had just been dreaming, she heaved a huge sigh of relief. Thinking about that Last scene before her eyelids flew open, she felt her face grow hot.
She turned to look out the window and saw that it was already light out.
Claudia checked the time. It was already eight o'clock in the morning.
She jumped out of bed, washed her face, and rinsed her mouth. After slapping on some Lotion, she rushed downstairs.
As she expected, Bennett was already done swimming.
Claudia really admired him for getting up early and swimming even on weekends.
“Good morning, Mr. Dreskin."
The moment she greeted Bennett, she thought about their little make-out session in her dream Last night. She quickly averted her eyes.
Bennett Looked at her face and asked in confusion, "Good morning. Are you okay? Did you get plenty of rest Last night?"
As soon as he said that, Claudia felt even more embarrassed. Her face suddenly turned as red as a tomato. "I'm fine. Yes, I did get plenty of rest.”
“Good.”
He added lightly, "Breakfast is ready."
“Okay. I'm starving.”
Afraid that Bennett would ask more questions, Claudia hurriedly turned around and dashed to the dining room.
Marcia heard Claudia's voice just now. She had already set the table. When she saw Claudia, she greeted her, “Good morning, Mrs. Dreskin.”
“Good morning, Marcia. Thank you for preparing breakfast."
Today, Marcia cooked all the things Claudia enjoyed.
Claudia had only finished less than half of her breakfast when Bennett joined her at the dining table.
She glanced at him. His hair was still wet from the pool. A droplet of water dripped from his hair and fell on the collar of his shirt.
It slid down the fabric and onto his skin, at which point Claudia couldn't see it anymore.
