Chapter: 725
Bennett's eyes and brows softened as he observed the look of satisfaction on Claudia's face.
After breakfast, Claudia dashed upstairs to grab her phone and went to the balcony. From there, she aimed her camera down and rapidly snapped several photos.
Once Claudia had captured the shots she wanted from the balcony, she ran downstairs to the garden to choose another angle to take photos.
Despite it only being 9 a.m., the sunlight was already bright and illuminated the vibrant roses in the garden. Without too much effort, Claudia was able to capture some stunning photos.
Bennett trailed behind her, observing as she captured the roses from various angles in the garden. He was aware of her intention to share the photos on Facebook.
After half an hour of taking photos, Claudia carefully selected nine pictures. She uploaded them on Facebook with the caption, "Celebrating My 27th Year With Lots of Love and Lots of Rose:
After pressing the ‘post’ button, Claudia turned to Bennett with a proud smile. "I just uploaded some pictures on Facebook."
“I saw," Bennett said with a smile.
Claudia's phone buzzed with a notification as Bennett finished speaking.
She glanced at the screen and saw that he had liked her post. A smile spread across her face.
Claudia's phone buzzed with more notifications as she checked her Facebook post. The first comment read, “Happy Birthday to the 27-year-old Mrs. Dreskin."
Aurora's comment followed. "I must say, Mr. Dreskin really knows how to give a birthday gift!"
Zaria wrote, "Best Wishes to 27-year-old Cece, my precious!"
Joann commented, “I'm so envious of you!"
Mathews wrote, “Happy birthday, Miss Marshall."
Claudia was in high spirits and replied to each of the comments one by one.
She was overwhelmed as the number of comments on her post continued to mount. She tried to reply to each one but eventually had to stop. Soon, she had already received over two hundred likes.
Claudia suddenly had an idea and looked at Bennett. "Can I post on Twitter?"
“Sure, why not?" Bennett replied with a smile.
Feeling embarrassed, Claudia hesitated. "I'm afraid it's too high-profile."
After a moment's silence, Bennett asked, "Can I post on Twitter too?"
“Of course!"
Half an hour later, Claudia realized that Bennett's idea of posting on
Twitter wasn't the same as hers.
