Aurora gave her a handmade bracelet and a greeting card.

On the other hand, Zaria had sent her so many gifts that the courier had to use a tricycle to deliver them.

The woman had been waiting for a chance to shower Claudia with gifts, and now was the perfect day because it was her birthday.

Last time, Zaria exhausted all possible means in an attempt to give Claudia gifts. It seemed that she had not given up on that, despite Claudia's refusal.

As she stared at the pile of presents on the table, Claudia sighed helplessly. How could someone be so fond of giving gifts?

She propped her chin up with her hand. Suddenly, her phone vibrated, and its screen lit up.

Claudia glanced at it. Upon seeing Aurora's name on the screen, she grabbed the device and opened the message.

“What the hell? Delilah posted something on Twitter! She definitely has ulterior motives for doing that. She knows it's your birthday today!"

Claudia's brows shot up in surprise. It had been a while since she Last heard Delilah's name.

“Didn't she go abroad to study?"

Two months ago, Delilah suddenly announced on Twitter that she was experiencing writer's block and that she would stop writing for a while to study overseas.

At that time, a lot of people were criticizing her for being involved with Anthony, but she continued to act as if nothing had happened. A week after the incident, she tweeted that she was leaving the country and then became inactive online completely.

It had been more than two months since then. Claudia would have almost forgotten the woman existed if Aurora had not just mentioned her name.

Aurora continued, "It's absurd. She announced on Twitter that she would soon release a new book. She even spent money to make it trending."

Claudia hummed thoughtfully before replying, “Let‘s wait and see what she's up to."

When the message was sent, she added, "By the way, I Like the bracelet so much! How Long did it take you to make this?"

Aurora said, “I'm glad you like it. It didn't take that much time. I actually have one, too!" She then forwarded a photo of her own bracelet to Claudia.

Feeling warm in her heart, Claudia started talking to Aurora about Zaria's gifts.

They were still in the middle of a conversation when Bennett, having finished the call, returned. "Are you talking to Miss Haywood?"

“Yes, she told me that Delilah posted something on Twitter."

After saying that, Claudia realized that Bennett might not know who Delilah was. "Delilah is Anthony's secret lover."

Bennett sat on the sofa behind her, reached under her arm, and lifted her up.
