Chapter: 949
Gustavo clicked his tongue and retorted, “Of course, I'm talking about you. Am I the one who's got more than ten ex-girlfriends?"

"It's not too late if you want to get off the plane," Xavier sneered.

The moment Xavier finished speaking, the plane's undercarriage locked firmly into position.

Gustavo snorted complacently, “It's too late. Xavier didn't want to talk to him, so he closed his eyes.

Once the plane had ascended to its cruising altitude, the flight attendants began offering refreshments to the passengers,

Claudia requested a blanket from one of the attendants. After receiving the blanket, she slipped on her eye mask and made herself comfortable to catch up on some sleep.

When Gustavo overheard Claudia telling the flight attendant that she didn't require any refreshments and planned to sleep, he realized she wasn't in the mood for conversation. Disappointed, he abandoned the idea of striking up a conversation with her.

Despite the noise and activity of the cabin, Claudia slept soundly throughout the two-hour flight. She was only roused from her slumber when the plane landed,

When she awoke, she felt momentarily disoriented. It wasn't until the captain made the landing announcement over the intercom system that she realized they had arrived at their destination.

She took a moment to stretch and rub her eyes, then folded the blanket. After gathering her belongings, Claudia disembarked the plane.

The first passengers to leave the plane were the business class section. After they had left, the passengers in economy class, where Joann was seated, followed. Once Claudia left the plane, she walked a short distance then stopped to wait for Joann,

While she waited, she took out her phone and turned off airplane mode, then sent a message to Bennett, letting him know that she had arrived safely.

As soon as she sent the message, she noticed a shadow cast in front of her, which dimmed her light.

Thinking it was Joann, Claudia instinctively lifted her head and began, “Joann, we..."

She met the gaze of a stranger.

Addressing the smiling man, Claudia politely said, "Hello, but would you mind moving? You've blocked my sight."

Gustavo felt a touch awkward.

“Miss, don't you remember us?"

Claudia shook her head and responded, "I don't know you."

He promptly grabbed Xavier and pointed at him.

“You remember him, don't you? That night, I stopped your car and asked you to take him to the hospita’

At this, Claudia recalled the incident - her car being stopped by a man one night.

“Oh, it's you, Mr. Green."
