Chapter: 1669
In this hidden sanctuary, Octavian remotely commanded the Empire. He had handpicked a group of experts, dividing them into combat and technical teams. They journeyed to Highwyn on separate flights, their safety assured by the Jenkins and Barnes families.

Glancing at his watch, Octavian noted the time. The flight should have landed by now.

“Twenty years ago, Kaiser was defeated. But this time, I, Octavian, will reclaim victory. I will conquer both the martial arts world and Heaven," he mused.

Despite the security of the room he was staying in, Octavian knew he couldn't remain hidden forever. He needed to go out.

According to his prior arrangement with Kent, today was the day he could have access to the data of the Association of Healthcare Professionals. Once he got into the association with Kent's help, Octavian planned to access the association's database directly from the internal network, giving him ample time to peruse their information.

Everything was proceeding smoothly.

Then came a knock at the door, following the predetermined pattern.

It was three slow knocks followed by two quick ones, repeated four times.

Any deviation and Octavian would immediately escape through the room's secret passageway. Once he departed, the room was set to self-destruct, eliminating any intruders or bystanders.

"Come in," Octavian said with a smile.

The door opened to reveal Kent. He appeared somewhat ill at ease, unaccustomed to such clandestine meetings.

"Mr. Barnes, relax. We are merely businessmen engaging in a simple transaction," Octavian reassured him with a smile.

“Okay... The car's ready. Please, follow me," Kent responded.

With Kent, a renowned figure in the medical community, leading the way, Octavian, an outsider, gained smooth entry into the Association of Healthcare Professionals.

Octavian nodded, pleased.

Together, they left the room, a place Octavian knew he would never return to. Once others knew its location, its safety was diminished.

After his visit to the Association of Healthcare Professionals, Octavian planned to relocate to a new, unused room far away. A location yet to be utilized always offered the greatest security.

Kent took the wheel, with Octavian seated at the back.

Kent drove at a moderate pace, reaching the Association of Healthcare Professionals in good time.

Despite being a typical workday, the Association of Healthcare Professionals was noticeably quiet, with few people present.

The security was notably sparse today, about half the usual number.

Kent felt a sense of relief at this observation, hoping for an uneventful visit.

Upon their arrival, a security guard approached for a routine check.

"Hello, can I see your identification card?" As the window rolled down, revealing Kent's face, the guard's formal demeanor softened.
